At Pokevia Games & Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our card games, puzzles, and strategy kits. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Certain items like digital downloads or opened game booster packs may be exempt from return.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

• Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
